The contact form composes an email or WhatsApp message in your own app: that data does not pass through or remain on the site server. If you accept measurement, Google Analytics 4 processes technical usage data such as pages viewed, interactions, device, browser and approximate location; it never receives form contents.

Data you choose to send by email or WhatsApp is used solely to respond to your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Audience measurement relies exclusively on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

Contact data is received by Aqua Waves through email or WhatsApp. If you accept measurement, Google Ireland Limited may process technical data as the Google Analytics provider under its terms and safeguards. We do not use automated decision-making or advertising profiling.

We keep contact data only as long as needed to handle your request and comply with legal obligations. Google Analytics data retention is configured to 14 months.
